Our corporate Christmas party program is easy for you to use. We have a coupon system that lets you pay only for the families that attend. Your average per family cost is less than $70.00 for tree and entrance fees combined ($40 for tree/$7 +GST per person entrance fee).
This is how it works. We send you two types of coupons in advance, one tree coupon per family and one entrance coupon for each family member. These coupons will have your company name on them. Our staff collects these coupons at the gate from your employees when they come and at the end of the season we will mail you your invoice.
Families can bring their own hot dogs and marshmallows or buy food from our vendors. Our farm is alcohol-free. The entrance fee includes all activities and rides except cookie decorating.
Give your staff our website address for a map and other information about our farm. Your only tasks are to choose the date, send the invitation with the coupons to your staff and pay the invoice. We do require a deposit of 20% of the estimated total with the order.
We recommend that you avoid the first Sunday in December, as this is a very busy day for us. Our fir trees last 6 weeks, so you may wish to consider the last weekend in November.
